Management system

Management is an essential part in a successful development of a plant or organization in the whole world, which represents a process of future progress, first of all based on qualified control, using different kinds of innovation. 

 The most important integrated part of management in its entire guise is innovation – the process of constant modernization of production. Innovation consists not only of technical and technological development, but all changes, which help to improve activity of the company.

In the case of severe competition, which nowadays can be observed at the market, companies must demonstrate a high profitability with definite and clear structure of management.

 In 2004, for the purpose of management improvement and competitive recovery of products, the administration of the plant set a task to put into service and certify the Management System of Quality, which is based on process approach and corresponds to the requirements of ISO standards 9000.

Experts of LLC «Mendeleevskazot» individually made and set this system into the operation and in December 2005 got the certificate, which corresponds to GOST R ISO 9001-2001 (OS SMK-JSC Center "Rossertifico").

  In February 2010 LLC «Mendeleevskazot» got certificates for the Management System of Quality, which correspond to ISO standards 9001:2008 in the AS system "Russian Register" of the International net of certification IQNet.

  An International standartization of Quality covers many sides of company activity, wherefore nowadays the stuff of the plant is at work upon setting and learning of adjacent systems with Management System of Quality.

The plant is nearing to completion of certification to ISO standards 14001 of Ecological Management System and OHSAS 18001 Management System in the field of professional safety and labour protection. Management in the sphere of quality, in ecological aspects and risks according to international standards strengthens the positions of LLC «Mendeleevskazot» as a reliable producer of ammonium nitrate with quality and security guarantee of production.
